The purchase of the product and delivery was superb. The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous, the charms are lovely, can’t wait to order more. One thing I will say is a bit annoying with the bracelet is the 2 extra stoppers that hold the buckle in place slip off all the time so this leaves the buckle flapping which I’m worried will bend, so with that reason in mind I wish I had bought the other mesh bracelet instead,

You sent it to me with free shipping because you failed to mention on your site that the Luxe isn’t suitable for smaller wrists. So I bought this one and you gave me free shipping. Turns out I’ve received two bills from UPS stating I owe them the shipping. I have photos of the bill. First of all, it came super fast! And I was pleasantly surprised that the charms and bracelet were aleeady put together. Probably better than what I would have done. It’s really pretty. I really like it. My only concern is that I hope it doesnt tarnish quickly.
